I started working out with weights and doing calisthenics in April last year, built a decent amount of muscle but even by end of the summer I couldn’t do them. I could rotate myself back but couldn’t pull myself back forward and always had to drop down from that position.
Then I broke my leg and after having the cast on for so long I kind of lost the motivation for actively working out, only a few times here and there. Didn’t work out much for 9-10 months, so a lot of progress was lost. Now I’ve been working out a few times a week for a month and suddenly these are no trouble for me? lol “A suprise to be sure, but a welcome one”
great progress, next progression i think would be to do them with your arms straight the whole time
