Coleen Rooney has reportedly vowed to do whatever she can to salvage her marriage to footballer Wayne following his latest scandal, when he was pictured alongside party girls at a hotel
Coleen Rooney has faced a number of testing times in her marriage to former footballer Wayne, most recently with him being pictured with party girls in a hotel room.
Wayne issued a public apology to his wife and four kids after the images emerged, and Coleen is now reportedly vowing to save her marriage despite everything.
Coleen, 35, was said to have been left feeling devastated after the pictures came out, but insiders say she’s determined to move past it.
A source told OK! : “Coleen has put her foot down and told Wayne it cannot happen again. She’s really laid the law down and has warned him he won’t get another chance. But she’s saving her marriage and moving forward.”
They added: “People might say she’s weak, but she’s not letting something like this ruin her whole marriage. But no matter what has happened, he’s a great father and a great provider.
“Her family and her boys are so important to her. Wayne has been a great support to Coleen and nobody knows what goes on behind closed doors.”
The insider added that Coleen is sick of people judging her and that she just wants to get on with things.
They sat while she’s obviously still hurt and upset over what happened, she’s staying strong and just wants to make sure her family is okay.
Another source suggested that Coleen’s Catholic religion also means she will take her marriage vows very seriously and be reluctant to divorce Wayne.
Derby County boss Wayne became embroiled in another scandal recently when pictures of him asleep in a hotel room went viral.
Wayne, 35, was seen sleeping on a chair as three women partied around him, taking pictures with him in the background.
While there is no suggestion that he or the three women acted inappropriately or illegally, Cheshire Police confirmed that they wouldn’t be taking any action regarding the complaint of blackmail made in relation to the images.

The women apologised to him for the embarrassment caused and sold him the copyright of the pictures for £1.
Later issuing a public apology, Wayne said: “I made a mistake. I went to a private party with two of my friends and from me, I’d like to apologise to my family and the club for the images which were going round.
“I want to move forward on this. I’m grateful to Derby County for giving me this opportunity to get this club back to where it belongs.
“I will do everything in my power to do that.”
The Mirror has contacted Wayne and Coleen’s representatives for comment.
